This Designer Puppy results from the breeding of a Yorkshire Terrier and a toy or miniature Poodle, to derive a small companion with a terrific personality. Yorkipoos are usually good with other dogs and adore their family members. They are never happier than in their role as a lap dog. Yorkie Poos are intelligent as one would expect., since part of their heritage is the poodle which is one of the smartest dogs in the world. The Yorkie Poo sheds little and is considered one of the more hypoallergenic dogs so may be a good match for someone with some allergy issues. The Yorkie Poo is hardy enough to exercise with you when you run, but will also be more than happy to merely chase toys and play with the family indoors, and is quite happy to reside in an apartment or condo. Size: 6-12 pounds. Height will depend on heritage depending on whether a toy or miniature poodle was bred in the mix.
